Dhruv Soi Founder, ZoNIX Systems
Dhruv Soi, the Founder of ZoNIX Systems, possesses over decade of experience in the IT industry. At ZoNIX, he successfully brought the multilingual contact centers of a Fortune 50 company to India, and was instrumental in transitioning the KPO of one of the largest media group of the US.
Prior to ZoNIX, he worked with Fidelity Investments where he was part of the global security team and was responsible for conducting security reviews of transactional and non-transactional applications of Fidelity Investments. He also conducted risk assessments for many vendors of Fidelity and imparted secure application development trainings to more than 400 developers at Fidelity all across the globe. Previously, Dhruv played a key role in SWAT (Special Weapons and Tactics) team of iPolicy Networks (acquired by Tech Mahindra). He worked as a vulnerability researcher and made a remarkable contribution to intrusion prevention system (IPS) product of iPolicy Networks lauded by the management team.
Dhruv is also the Founder and Director of OWASP (Open Web Application Security Project) Delhi Chapter, chair for OWASP India and board member of OWASP global conference committee. He is a frequent panelist and overseer at various international OWASP conferences and was a major force in making the OWASP AppSec India Conference 2008, a remarkable success.
Rohit Sukhija Marketing Head, ZoNIX Systems
Rohit Sukhija, head of marketing at ZoNIX, has more than six years of experience in the area of information technology. A combination of B.Tech from YMCA, Faridabad and MBA from SPJain center of management, Rohit manages Torrid’s branding infrastructure.
Before joining ZoNIX, Rohit worked in many multi-nationals like Siemens and ST Microelectronics and have many feathers on his cap. He is also an independent board member to an online entertainment company. He takes personality development sessions and is associated with an institute where he visits occasionally as a guest faculty. Rohit is actively involved in research on marketing and service quality of various information technology services with focus on India, South East Asian and Middle East markets.
Tarun Kassana Operations Head, ZoNIX Systems
Tarun Kassana is an MBA from Narsee Monjee institute of management, Mumbai and B.Tech from YMCA, Faridabad. Before joining ZoNIX Systems, he worked with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India's largest IT Company, where he successfully implemented the Global Offshore Delivery model, for a Fortune 500 US client, leading a large team.
He also has experience in implementing quality systems in large organizations, he was involved with organization wide rollout of Be4U (Business Excellence for You), an extension of TBEM (Tata Business Excellency Model) at TCS. He has expertise in developing enterprise solutions for large clients’. His areas of interest include Business Intelligence & Analytics, Security Systems and Open Source.
Sunil Goyal Strategic Advisor, ZoNIX Systems and COO, Sopra Group
Sunil is the Chief Operating Officer at Sopra India, 100 % subsidiary of Sopra Group, France. Sopra Group is a billion Euro company.
Sunil co-founded Momentum Technologies with another colleague from Wipro in 1993 which was acquired by Sopra Group in 2005. Sunil has more than 17 Years experience with Information Technology System. He has played a key role in setting up excellent Software Engineering Practices and Quality Systems at Sopra. Sunil’s Primary responsibility is to manage operations of the Global Delivery Centre at Sopra India. Prior to co-founding Momentum, Sunil worked with Wipro and UB Group.
Sunil holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering from University of Roorkee.
Pankaj Parekh Technology Advisor, ZoNIX Systems and Director/GM, Microsoft
Pankaj Parekh is Director / GM, Windows at Microsoft in India Development Center. He leads strategy and development of number of key features of next generation Windows including Networking, Client Virtualization and various applets and gadgets.
Pankaj is a serial entrepreneur with three companies in the field of networking and security.
Prior to Microsoft, he founded Zivio Networks, a strategic product management and development consulting company. As a founder and CEO, he worked with number of client companies to define and create product solution for them.
Prior to Zivio Networks, he founded iPolicy Networks. As CTO of the iPolicy, he led company's security research team and security technology direction. He led the core product development team of the company as VP of Engineering and product strategies for the first five years. He created product from concept to first customer shipment in less then 12 months. iPolicy was named by Gartner as the most visionary networking security company for three years in a row.
Prior to iPolicy Networks he was president, CEO and founder of Tunnelnet, a company that designed networking products integrating load balancing with application-layer QoS.
He founded Tunnelnet after many years in senior engineering management positions with Intel. At Intel, Pankaj he worked on many projects including creating secure micro-kernel integrated into the chip enabling highly secure command and control module for F22 fighter jets.
Prior to Intel, Pankaj co-founded Penguin Research Inc., a pioneer in on-demand CD-quality music systems.
Pankaj received a master of science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Arizona State University.
He has authored or co-authored a total of 15 patents in the fields of networking and security.
